CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 6:00 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 10 - Grisham, Haass, Kuehn, Lajsic, Reinke, Roadt, Stefanski, Tenorio, Vitale, and Weigel Others Present: Rebecca Grill, City Administrator/Clerk; Peter Daniels, City Engineer; Richard Pfaff, Assistant City Administrator/Talent and Strategy Director; and the WI Department of Transportation staff: Bill Mohr, Brian Bliesner, Elizabeth Foy, Jeff Baur, and Josh LeVeque C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2021-0103 Minutes (draft) of the January 19, 2021 Committee of the Whole meeting Attachments: 2021-01-19 COTW M A motion was made by Stefanski, seconded by Reinke, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried unanimously. D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 2021-0051 Communication from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation on the Status of I-94 East-West Corridor Study Attachments: DOT Presentation This matter was Discussed. E. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m. The motion carried.
