A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 6:05 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 10 - Grisham, Haass, Kuehn, Lajsic, Reinke, Roadt, Stefanski, Tenorio, Vitale, and
Weigel
Others Present: Rebecca Grill, City Administrator; Richard Pfaff, Assistant City
Administrator, Kail Decker, City Attorney; Dave Wepking, Director of Public Works;
Patrick Schloss, Economic Development Executive Director; and Peter Daniels, City
Engineer.
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 2021-0184 Minutes (draft) of the February 2, 2021 Committee of the Whole meeting
A motion was made by Reinke, seconded by Grisham, that this matter be
Approved. The motion carried unanimously.
D. CLOSED SESSION
2. 2021-0042 Deliberating the repair or replacement of the Public Works Facility currently
located at 6300 W. McGeoch Ave (Closed Session)
This matter was Discussed.
For item 2, A motion was made by Vitale, seconded by Reinke, to convene into
closed session at 6:05 p.m. pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of
deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties or the
investigating public funds.
Aye: 10 - Grisham, Haass, Kuehn, Lajsic, Reinke, Roadt, Stefanski, Tenorio, Vitale
and Weigel.
On a motion made by Grisham, seconded by Reinke, the meeting reconvened
into open session at 6:48 p.m.

E. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 6:48 p.m. The motion carried.

For Item 2, the Committee of the Whole may convene in closed session pursuant to the
provisions of Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties or the investing public funds. The Committee of the Whole
may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed session to consider the
balance of the agenda.
