A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 6:17 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL

A motion was made by Grisham seconded by Reinke, to convene into closed
session at 6:57 p.m. pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(e) of the State Statutes for the
purposed of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the
investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business,
whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This
Committee may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed
session to consider the balance of the agenda.
Aye: 9 - Grisham, Haass, Kuehn, Lajsic, Reinke, Roadt, Stefanski, Tenorio, and
Vitale
Closed session items discussed and consensus given.
On a motion made by Grisham, seconded by Reinke, the meeting reconvened
into open session at 7:12 p.m.
E ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:13 p.m. The motion carried.
All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the
individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the
meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee
members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.

For agenda item 3, the Committee may convene in closed session pursuant to the
provisions of Section 19.85(e) of the State Statutes for the purposed of deliberating or
negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a
closed session. This Committee may reconvene in open session after completion of the
closed session to consider the balance of the agenda.
