Explanation of the proposed Special Use application by John Stibal, Director of Development. Appearances: Patty Brenner, 11121 W. Rogers St., inquired about the type of trucks and addressed her concerns regarding parking and loading/unloading. Also, the Clerk's office received a communication from Ms. Brenner regarding the Special Use. 2. 2005-0731 Special Use Application to expand the hours of operation to 24 hours daily at the existing Wisconsin Athletic Club health facility located at 1939 S. 108 St. (Tax Key Nos. 481-9997-013, 481-9998-008, 481-9997-010 and 481-9997-012). CITIZEN PARTICIPATION Mark Nisenbaum, 1652 S. 69 St., reported on neighborhood comments and recommended diversity training for the City. He thanked Ald. Vitale for following up on a trash complaint. He wished families a Happy Thanksgiving. F. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RECESS MEETINGS OF STANDING COMMITTEES New and Previous Matters referred to Committees may be considered and acted upon by Committees during the Common Council recess. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mayor's Report Mayor Bell announced the scheduling changes for the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and Parade. Alderpersons Comments Ald. Reinke commented on the Nathan Hale musical production of Rags. Ald. Weigel reported on a meeting with Alverno College students in which striped bike lanes were discussed. H. ITEMS NOT REFERRED TO COMMITTEE 6. 2005-0753 Report of the Municipal Judge for the month of October, 2005, consisting of all fines, costs and fees collected by the City of West Allis in the sum of $104,523.75, all fines, costs and fees in the sum of $103,139.95 collected in the Municipal Court and the sum of $103,375.00 in payment of parking violations sent directly to the City Clerk/Treasurer's office. Koss regarding injuries and damages allegedly sustained near the Gate 4 ticket entrance at State Fair Park on August 6, 2005.
