The Clerk's office received one letter regarding the Special Use Permit with concerns of traffic flow during construction. Rogers St., stated her traffic, parking and garbage concerns. She opposed oil changes. Almondo Torres, 5436 W. Rogers St., owner, addressed concerns regarding parking, traffic and safety. Timothy Grzenia, 1958 S. 56 St., stated his concerns regarding child safety and traffic. He opposed the proposal. Melvin Torres, 5436 W. Rogers St., manager, described the proposal. Commented on signage, safety and garbage pick-up. 5. 2006-0480 Special Use Permit for Playtime Doggy Daycare, to be located at 528 S. 108 St. (Tax Key No. 415-9994-002) Explanation of the proposed Special Use Permit by John Stibal, Director of Development. Appearances: None. 6. 2006-0481 Special Use Permit for new antennas to be placed on the existing Cingular Wireless monopole and new equipment cabinets to be placed within the existing shelter at 571 S. Curtis Rd. (Tax Key No. 413-9990-002) Explanation of the proposed Special Use Permit by John Stibal, Director of Development. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION City of West Allis Page 2 Printed on 12/21/2018 Common Council Meeting Minutes August 1, 2006 Jim Mejchar, 640 S. 84 St., commented on the Wisconsin State Fair. Mr. Mejchar announced National Clown Week from August 1st to August 8th, and introduced three clowns joining him this evening in celebration of the event. Mayor Bell read a Proclamation. Mark Nisenbaum, 1652 S. 69 St., commented regarding construction on W. Madison St. near 75th and Greenfield. He addressed safety and signage concerns. Also, Mr. Nisenbaum addressed garbage issues, and the effect of dry hot weather on trees and grass with subsequent notification. Harvey Goldstein, 3900 W. Brown Deer Rd., attorney for EZ Corp., reported on the neighborhood meeting, and addressed an objection letter and Planning recommendations. Fred Olsen, 2218 S. 67 Pl., opposed the antennae placement on New Samaria. F.
