Mr. Mejchar announced National Clown Week from August 1st to August 8th, and introduced three clowns joining him this evening in celebration of the event. Mayor Bell read a Proclamation. Mark Nisenbaum, 1652 S. 69 St., commented regarding construction on W. Madison St. near 75th and Greenfield. He addressed safety and signage concerns. Also, Mr. Nisenbaum addressed garbage issues, and the effect of dry hot weather on trees and grass with subsequent notification. Harvey Goldstein, 3900 W. Brown Deer Rd., attorney for EZ Corp., reported on the neighborhood meeting, and addressed an objection letter and Planning recommendations. Fred Olsen, 2218 S. 67 Pl., opposed the antennae placement on New Samaria. F.
