Gave presentation to a Boy Scout troop.
Intergovernmental:
Meeting to determine West Allis sign location at Milwaukee Mile.
EMS meeting in Franklin.
ICC Library sub-committee meeting.
Meeting with our School District.
Management Activities:
Exercise to rate the Public Health System in West Allis.
Announcements:
The Mayor will be holding her Town Hall meeting on the City's Budget on Tuesday October
10th at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
Awards recognizing excellent Schools in our district:
Jefferson, Lincoln, Longfellow, Pershing and West Milwaukee Middle School were recognized
for positive growth. These were among 149 out of 2200 schools recognized in the State. Also,
Newsweek magazine named Nathan Hale High School as one of the top 1200 schools
nationally. Standard and Poor's Evaluation Service gave recognition to Frank Lloyd Wright
Middle School as one of the top 20 schools in the State of Wisconsin.
