He said that the police department cannot afford any reduction in their staff. He commented on the 2002 contract, and said that other units were given additional monies instead of setting that money aside for the police department after an arbitrator ruled in favor of the police department. Mr. LaSpisa stated that the police will continue to protect and serve the community. E. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION None. F.
