The Clerk's office received one (1) letter opposed to the Special Use. Appearances: None. E. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION Brian Christ, 1200 S. 73 St., representing Milwaukee Animal Alliance, requested reform at MADACC. He commented on a report by UC Davis, the rate of euthanasia, and lack of transparency. F.
