Mayor Devine announced that the following Committees would meet during recess:

G. MAYOR'S REPORT
Mayor Devine reminded everyone about the Memorial Day Parade and ceremony; and
recognized National EMS week and acknowledged the West Fire Department. He
thanked the Fire Department for putting on the Open House and thanked the Police
Department, Health Department, and Flight for Life for also participating in this
event. Mayor Devine commented on the West Allis Police Department’s Pedestrian
Safety Operation in the city which focused on vehicles who didn’t yield to pedestrians
and educating them on their responsibilities as a driver.

H. ALDERPERSON'S REPORT
Ald. Roadt commented on the trolley for veterans at the Memorial Day parade.
Ald. Weigel encouraged everyone to attend the West Allis Ala Carte on June 7, 2015.
Ald. May commented on being able to accompany his grandfather on the Stars and
Stripes Honor Flight to Washington D.C., and attendance at the Memorial Day
Parade. He thanked both Mayor Devine and Council President Lajsic for sending
correspondence for the ‘mail call’ for the plane ride home .
