Weigel Friday, October 12, 2018 6:30 AM See Below for Dates, Locations, and Times NOTICE OF INFORMAL GATHERING Due to the nature of the meeting being informational only, minutes are not required. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed. Weigel Friday, October 12, 2018 6:30 AM See Below for Dates, Locations, and Times NOTICE OF INFORMAL GATHERING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a possible quorum of the City of West Allis Common Council will gather for the purpose of attending the revealing of the New City Brand (see below for dates, times, and locations). Friday, October 12, 2018 - Department of Public Works, 6300 W. McGeoch Ave., Public Works Lunchroom, from 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. - City Hall, 7525 W. Greenfield Ave., Art Gallery & Courtyard, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018 - West Allis Farmers Market, 6501 W. National Ave., from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. This is not intended to be a formal meeting of the Common Council. The Common Council will not take any formal action at this informal meeting.
