The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine at 7:00 p.m.

D. MOTION TO SUSPEND THE RULES TO ALLOW ALTERNATE ORDER OF BUSINESS
A motion was made by Lajsic, seconded by Weigel, that under 3.05(29) of the
Revised Municipal Code to suspend the rules to allow for the ultimate order of
business on this meeting's agenda. The motion carried unanimously.
E. MAYOR'S REPORT
Mayor Devine announced the following : with the cancellation of the Community Thanks
& Giving the West Allis Community Improvement Foundation did hold a successful
drive-thru Food Drive on November 21, 2020; also the Christmas Parade has been
cancelled, but in its place they will have Santa on the Go - visit the City's website for
more information (www.westalliswi.gov); and Mayor Devine announced the Lighting of
Christmas Tree will be a virtual event. Mayor Devine congratulated the volunteers and the
staff of the Senior Center on their senior meal program has more than doubled since the
beginning of COVID-19.
