MOTION TO SUSPEND THE RULES TO ALLOW ALTERNATE ORDER OF BUSINESS City of West Allis Page 1 Printed on 1/6/2021 Common Council Meeting Minutes December 15, 2020 A motion was made by Lajsic, seconded by Haass, that under 3.05(29) of the Revised Municipal Code to suspend the rules to allow for the ultimate order of business on this meeting's agenda. MAYOR'S REPORT Mayor Devine announced that Santa on the Go added the date of December 19, 2020 to schedule; congratulated John Stibal on his retirement after thirty-one (31) years as the Director of Development. Council President Lajsic acknowledged John Stibal's hard work, dedication, and commitment to the City of West Allis. G. ALDERPERSON'S REPORT Ald. Haass recognized Larry Thomes who was recently promoted to Major General to U.S. Army. Ald. Vitale commented on John Stibal's professionalism, integrity, development he provided to the betterment of the City of West Allis. H.
