REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mr. Tim Klare at 4:07 p.m.

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 20-0461 Draft Minutes of the March 13, 2020 meeting
Attachments: 3-13-20 Draft Minutes
A motion was made by Ms. Grill, seconded by Mr. Klare, that the minutes of the
March 13, 2020 meeting be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Devine, Haass, Grill, and Klare
No: 0
D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
2. 20-0462 Discussion of an Instore Forgivable Economic Development Loan to
Timber Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Double B’s BBQ and/or assigns, for the
property located at 7412 W. Greenfield Ave., under the Department of
Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant
Program in an amount not to exceed $50,000
Discussion ensued with questions being answered by staff.
A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Mr. Klare, to recommend
Common Council consideration of the Economic Development Loan Application
for Timber Holdings, LLC d/b/a/ Double B's BBQ in the amount not to exceed
$50,000. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Devine, Haass, Grill, and Klare
No: 0
No Closed Session was held.

E. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Ald. Haass to adjourn the meeting at 4:15
p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the
individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the
meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee
members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.

REGULAR MEETING
To reduce health risks associated with the COVID-19 virus, we are encouraging the Public to
monitor the Economic Development Loan Task Force Committee meeting remotely using the
following Live Stream option: https://www.youtube.com/user/westalliscitychannel/live
Loan Committee Task Force Members will receive further instructions on accessing a virtual
Zoom meeting to organize a quorum and to participate in the meeting’s agenda items.

For agenda item 2, the committee may convene in closed session pursuant to the provisions of
Section 19.85(1)(e) of the state statutes for the purpose of deliberating the investing of public
funds whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This committee may
reconvene in open session after completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the
agenda.
