APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 20-0588 Draft Minutes of the October 1, 2020 meeting Attachments: 10-1-20 Draft Minutes A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Mayor Devine, that the minutes of the October 1, 2020 meeting be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Mayor Devine, Mr. Klare, Ald. Haass, and Mr. Zwick No: 0 D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 2. 20-0586 Discussion of an Economic Development Loan by and between Bad Charlie, LLC, MB Dining LLC d/b/a The Reunion Restaurant and the City of West Allis for the establishment of a restaurant at 6610 W. Greenfield Ave., under the Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program in an amount not to exceed $100,000 Discussion ensued with questions being answered by staff. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Mr. Klare, to recommend Common Council consideration of the Economic Development Loan Application for Bad Charlie, LLC, MB Dining LLC d/b/a The Reunion Restaurant in an amount not to exceed $100,000. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Mayor Devine, Mr. Klare, Ald. A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Mayor Devine, to recommend Common Council consideration of a Loan assignment and assumption agreement for the terms and loan balance of the BEStrege LLC Economic Development Loan to BT Enterprises LLC. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Mayor Devine, Mr. Klare, Ald. Haass, and Mr. Zwick No: 0 No Closed Session was held. E. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Ald. Haass to adjourn the meeting at 4:13 p.m. The motion carried unanimously. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings.
