Call to Order Ms.Wadewitz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. B. Roll Call Present: Kari Lerch and Michelle Wadewitz Excused: Alderperson Marty Weigel Staff present: Michael Koszalka, Library Director C. Approval of Minutes Library Board Subcommittee Meeting Minutes September 26, 2019 Attachments: LIbrray Board Subcommittee Meeting Minutes September 26, 2019 Ms. Wadewitz moved to approve the meeting minutes from the September 26, 2019 Library Subcommittee meeting. Second by Ms. Lerch. Motion approved. G. Unfinished Business Performance Evaluation of the Library Director Attachments: Library Director Evaluation Feedback Proposed Timeline for Library Director Evaluation Library Director Evaluation Policy Ms. Michelle Wadewitz stated it was the intention of the Performance Evaluation of the Library Director Subcommitee to convene in closed session at said time and place, to consider and vote on a motion to discuss the Library Director’s mis-year performance evaluation and to take such further action as may be necessary and appropriate in this matter. A closed session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wis. Stats. which permits a governmental body upon motion duly made and carried, to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering employment promotion,compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. A motion was made by Ms. Wadewitz to go into closed session at 6:05 p.m. Second by Ms.Lerch. Motion carried. At 6:25 p.m. a motion was made by Ms. Wadewitz to convene in open session. Second by Ms. Lerch. Motion carried. J. Adjournment There being no further business, Ms.Wadewitz moved to adjourn. Second by Ms. Lerch. Motion approved.
