Call to Order Mr. Koszalka called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. B. Roll Call Library Board members present: Barbara Hart Staff present: Ellen Dobrogowski, Beth Henika, Supervisor of Children's Services, Supervisor of Technical Services, Emily Rutter, Supervisor of Adult and Circulation Services, Ashley Wagner, Administrative Support Specialist, and Michael Koszalka, Library Director C. Approval of Minutes Library Board Strategic Planning Subcommittee October 31, 2019 Meeting Minutes Attachments: Library Board Strategic Planning Subcommittee Meeting Minutes October 31, 2019 Ms. Rutter moved to approve the minutes from the October 31st Library Board Strategic Planning Subcommittee meeting. Second by Ms. Henika. Motion approved. D. E. New Business Next Meeting Date The next meeting will take place Thursday, December 19th at 6:30 p.m. F. Adjournment There being no further business, Ms. Wagner moved to adjourn. Second by Ms. Rutter. Motion approved. The meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings.
