This matter was Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s) on a Block Vote. 54. 2016-0456 2016-2017 Manufactured and Mobile Home Community License application(s). This matter was Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s) on a Block Vote. 55. 2016-0445 2016-2017 Class B Tavern, Dance Hall and Instrumental Music License renewal applications. This matter was Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s) as amended on a Block Vote. 56. 2016-0446 2016-2017 Special Class B Beer and Wine License application(s). This matter was Recommended For Approval on a Block Vote. Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. First (1st) application for 2016-2017 license year. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter was Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Kristbaum, Agent, d//b/a Papa’s Pub, premises located at 1101 S. 60 St., relinquishing the 2015-2016 Class B Tavern License no. 2156 to Lincoln Opportunity Fund, LLC. Attachments: Lincoln Oppourtunity Fund re:Papa's Pub A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. Weigel No: 0 61. 2016-0444 2016-2017 Combination Class A Liquor License application no. 2338 of Parthenon Foods, Inc., Danny C. Sarandos, Agent, d/b/a Parthenon Foods, for the premises located at 8415 W. Greenfield Ave., (new-nonexisting location). Appearance by Danny C. Sarandos. The Committee instructed the Clerk's Offcie to schedule a Public Hearing to exceed the Combination Class A Liquor License Municipal Quota on August 2, 2016. This matter was Held. Cwiklinski-Kertscher. Appearance by Robin D. Cwiklinski-Kertscher. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, to recommend denial based on an incomplete application. There was no seconder. Motion failed. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, and Ald. May No: 1- Ald. Weigel 63. 2016-0443 2016-2018 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application no. 18-159 of Brian A. O’Brion. Appearance by Brian O'Brion. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Roadt to recommend denial based on the police report. The motion failed by the following vote: Aye: 2 - Ald. Roadt, and Ald. Weigel No: 3 - Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Haass, and Ald. May A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Haass, and Ald. May No: 2- Ald. Roadt, and Ald. Weigel 64. 2016-0439 2016-2018 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application no. 18-151 of Cynthia L. Tice. Second nonappearance of Cynthia L. Tice. Ms. Tice did not contact the Clerk's Office. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter was Recommended for Denial based on two (2) nonappearances. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, and Ald. Weigel No: 0 65. 2016-0429 2016-2017 Food Peddler Pemit no. 2332 of Joseph Brown. Appearance by Joseph Brown. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald.
