am - 6:00 p.m. First (1st) permit application for 2016-2017 license year.
A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter was
Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote:

34. 2017-0172 Findings and Recommendation in the Matter of the Complaint Against Bunty’s
Liquor, LLC, d/b/a Cleveland Ave. Bunty’s Liquor, Beant Singh, Agent, for
premises located at 8423 W. Cleveland Ave.. (2016-2017 Class “A”
Intoxicating Liquor License, Class “A” Fermented Malt Beverage License no
1351, and Cigarette and Tobacco Products License no. 1354).

A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. May to amend that the forty-five
(45) day suspension begin twenty-four (24) hours after the Mayor signs.
The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter was

Cigarette and Tobacco Products License no. 1354).

Incident Date: August 11, 2016.
This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote.
