Anderson. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Weigel No: 0 60. 2018-0833 Police Department Report relative to the September 6, 2018 Tavern Compliance Checks involving thirteen (13) West Allis businesses, resulting with seven (7) selling alcohol to an underage person without requesting identification (Alibi Taverns LLC, Patrick R. Kosidowski, Agent, d/b/a The Alibi, premises located at 6540 W. Grant St.) (Bartender: Jessica M. Cyrus). Appearance by Patrick R. Kosidowski & Jessica M. Cyrus. A motion was made by Ald. Appearance by Halder Pabitra. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter was Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s) . May, that this matter was Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, Ald.
