43. 2019-0043 Communication from Assistant City Attorney regarding D&F Auto Group Inc., 5730
W. Lincoln Ave., d/b/a D&F Auto Group Inc., 2018-2019 Used Vehicle Dealer
License #2443 and their lease agreement.

Nonappearance of Darnell P. Cruse. Mr. Cruse did not contact the Clerk's Office.
The Committee asked the City Attorney's Office to send a letter asking Mr. Cruse
to surrender his 2018-2019 Used Vehicle Dealer License because he is operating
with an expired lease and does not have the right to the premises.
A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended
to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote:
