2018-2019 Class B Tavern Liquor License for Top Dog Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a
Crawdaddy’s Roadhouse, located at 9638 W. National Ave.

located at 10534 W. Greenfield Ave., approved subject to necessary requirements
on June 29, 2018, not yet issued as of February 14, 2019.
