Greenfield Ave. This matter was Held 56. 2019-0705 2019-2020 Combination Class B Liquor License application no. 2729 of Persona Bar LLC, Lena Stiff, Agent, d/b/a Persona Bar LLC, for the premises located at 6404 W. Discussion ensued regarding the expiration of the 2018-2019 Combination Class B Liquor License, the nonrenewal of the 2019-2020 Combination Class B Liquor License, the 2019-2020 Combination Class B Liquor License application and the continued operation of the establishment from July 1, 2019 to present without a valid license. Haass, that this matter be Recommended for Denial based on the continued operation of the establishment without a valid 2019-2020 Combination Class B Liquor License from July 1, 2019 to present, including multiple Police Dept. contacts and citations. The motion carried unanimously. 57. 2019-0707 2019-2020 Combination Class B Liquor License application no. 2730 of Wisconsin Apple LLC, Kent Billingsley, Agent, d/b/a Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar, for the premises located at 2865 S. 108 St. (new-existing location) Attachments: AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - Applebees, Layman Brewing, and Persona Bar A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter be Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried unanimously. D.
