O-2019-0044 Ordinance to repeal section 7.031 and create section 7.033 of the West Allis Municipal Code relating to regulation and enforcement of toxic substances Sponsors: Alderperson Reinke and Alderperson Roadt Attachments: O-2019-0044 signed AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - O-2019-0044 0003913116 A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, and Ald. Weigel No: 0 49. 2019-0785 Petition to exceed the alcohol license quota submitted by Natasha Coe, for a 2019-2020 Combination Class B Liquor License for Cream City Print Lounge, 8010 W. National Ave. Attachments: Petition to Exceed Quota Appearance by Natasha Coe. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. Greenfield Ave. Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) applications 2019-2021 Colin Villafana, Raul Coots, Tanya A Gill, Joseph W Jensen, Rebecca A Krebs, Anna C Preet, Harsh Ruiz, Pedro L Schnoebelen, Alyssa M Stegner, Lea A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter was Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, and Ald. Weigel No: 0 51. 2019-0804 2019-2020 Secondhand Article Dealer License application of Ali J. Acevedo, d/b/a All Acevedo, for premises located at 1411 S. 72 St. Appearance by Ali J. Acevedo. The premise address is 1471 S. 72 St. A special meeting will be scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 6:00 pm to vote on this matter. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald.
