NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 50. 2019-0887 2019-2020 Combination Class B Alcohol License application of Set Apart Lounge, LLC, d/b/a Set Apart Lounge, Toron A. Brown, Agent, for the premises located at 1022 S. 60 St. (new-existing location) Appearance by Toron A. Brown. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter be Recommended For Approval. The motion carried unanimously. 51. O-2019-0057 Ordinance to Amend Section 9.02(12)(title) and create Section 9.02(12m)(a) of the West Allis Municipal Code relating to authorizing the imposition of a condition upon alcohol licenses Sponsors: Alderperson Weigel Attachments: O-2019-0057 signed AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - O-2019-0053, 0054, 0055, 0056, 0057, 0058 A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter be Recommended For Passage As Amended (deleting removal of the quota and to be considered seperately at a later date. Sponsors: Alderperson Weigel This matter was Held. 56. 2019-0792 2019-2021 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application of Guadalupe Valdez, Jr. A motion was made by Ald.
