Roadt, seconded by Ald. Weigel, to Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of November 26, 2019, recess meetings of December 3, 2019, December 17, 2019, January 7, 2020 and January 21, 2020. The motion carried unanimously. D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 2. 2020-0032 Police Department Report involving Mis Sueños, 7335 W. Greenfield Ave., of Mis Sueños, LLC, Deborah Ann Ramirez, Agent, Incident Date: December 14, 2019 Nonappearance of Deborah Ann Ramirez. Ms. Ramirez did not contact the Clerk's Office. The Committee requested she be ordered to appear at the next scheduled License & Health meeting. This matter was Held. Discussion ensued regarding the police report and the caller. The Ms. Hoeft explained that she was the bartender and she directed the patron to call the police while she tried defuse the incident. This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote. 4. 2020-0031 Police Department Report involving Tap City U.S.A., 7207 W. National Ave., Tap City, Inc., Philip Kleist, Agent, Incident Date: December 16, 2019 See legislative file no. 2020-0075. This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote. Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Haass, to approve the actions on item nos. 3-4 on a Block Vote. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, and Ald. Weigel No: 0 5. 2020-0063 2019-2021 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application of Tanya R. Krolicki Appearance by Tanya R. Krolicki. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter be Recommended For Approval based upon competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation. The motion carried unanimously. 6. 2020-0064 2019-2021 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application of Jacqueline L. Miller Appearance by Jacqueline L. Miller. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter be Recommended For Approval based upon competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation. The motion carried unanimously. 7. 2020-0062 2019-2021 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application of Angela M. Gruchalski Appearance by Angela M. Gruchalski. A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter be Recommended For Approval based upon competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation. The motion carried unanimously. 8. 2020-0065 2019-2021 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application of Cora A. Schmidt Appearance by Cora A. Schmidt. A motion was made by Ald. Roadt, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter be Recommended For Approval based upon competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation. The motion carried unanimously. Mitchell St., of Uncle Festers LLC, Ashley Kapalczynski, Agent, Incident Date: November 4, 2019 A motion was made by Ald. Roadt, seconded by Ald. National Ave., of JC’s Pub, Inc., Jeffery Clark, Agent, Incident Date: November 9, 2019 A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter be Recommended to be Placed on File. May that this matter be Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried unanimously. 13. 2020-0028 Police Department Reports regarding December 2019 Tobacco and Alcohol/Tavern compliance check reports; and the Wisconsin Clean Air Act Smoking Ban Report. No violations reported A motion was made by Ald. Roadt, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter be Recommended to be Placed on File. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 19. 2020-0076 Review of license applicant background checks for consideration of possible approval or denial License & Health Committee recommended approval of the following applicants. Second Hand Article Dealer License application 2019-2020 Dutscheck, Jerry E. License & Health Committee recommended denial of the following applicants. The Clerk's Office was directed to send a letter allowing the applicant an opportunity to appear before the License & Health Committee to show competent evidence of rehabilitation. Operator's License (bartender/sales clerk) applications 2019-2021: Crespo, Julio A. Kiel, Ashley M. Pape, Joseph P. D'Acquisto, Salvatore MJ Maddison, Rebecca L. Polezynski, Joede K. F. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, to adjourn at 6:35 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
