The meeting was called to order by Chair Czaplewski at 7:42 p.m.

47. R-2020-0072 Resolution to approve the transfer of one reserve “Class B” license to the Village of
Hales Corners

A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter be Recommended to
be Placed on File. The motion carried unanimously.
47a. 2020-0111 Summons and Complaint in the matter of the complaint against Melissa M. Bayer, for
the premises near 6540 W. Grant St., on December 29, 2019, (2019-2021 Operator
bartender/sales clerk License no. 8381 expiring June 30, 2021)
Attachments: S&C M. Bayer
Nonappearance of Melissa M. Bayer. Ms. Bayer did not respond to the Summons and
Complaint. Based on the nonappearance of Ms. Bayer, the Committee accepts the
complaint as true.
A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Haass, to accept the Summons and Complaint
as true and revoke the Operator's (bartender/sales clerk) License previously issued to Melissa
M. Bayer. The motion carried unanimously.

48. 2020-0099 2019-2020 Combination Class B Alcohol License application of Jagers LLC,
Markus Gorsic, Agent, d/b/a Da Bar, 1900 S. 60 St. (new-nonexisting location)

Appearance by Markus Gorsic. Discussion ensued on the conditions to which a
Combination Class B Alcohol License would be approved subject to necessary
requirements. The Committee reminds the applicant that if approved, he would need to
comply with the terms of the Special Use Permit and required timing associated with that
Specila Use. The Special Use may lapse or be subject to revocation for inactivity or
noncompliance. The Committee also notified the applicant that if any other licensed
activity is being done at the property beyond that contemplated in a Combination Class B
Alcohol License, the establishment would need licenses or permits for those activities.
Discussion regarding specific conditions that may be placed on the license if approved..
A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended
for Approval subject to the necessary requirements with the additional specific conditions on
the Combination Class B. Alcohol License that the licensee must strictly comply with the plan
of operation as submitted to the City of West Allis within the 2019-2020 Combination Class B
Alcohol License application and that the licensee must install and maintain security cameras at
the establishment pursuant to West Allis Revised Municipal Code Section 9.02(12m)(c). The
motion was carried by the following vote:

No: 1- Ald. Roadt
49. 2020-0098 2019-2020 Combination Class B Alcohol License application of 5th District Pub,
Inc., Joseph E. Lynch, Agent, d/b/a Lynch’s, 2300 S. 108 St. (new-existing location)

A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter be Recommended for
Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried unanimously.

Oaks Pub & Eatery, located at 11505 W. National Ave.
A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter be Recommended
for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried unanimously.
