A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Vitale at 5:37 p.m.

2020-0292 Minutes (draft) of the License & Health Committee regular meeting of April 28, 2020,
special meeting of May 5, 2020, and recess meeting of May 5, 2020.

A motion was made by Reinke, seconded by Grisham, to approve the minutes of the License &
Health Committee regular meeting of April 28, 2020, special meeting of May 5, 2020, and
recess meeting of May 5, 2020. The motion carried unanimously.

License & Health Committee voted to issue a Summons and Complaint based on the
renewal applicant's police report.

This matter was Discussed and Consensus Given.
2020-0384 2020-2021 Combination Class B Special Event Permit application no. 3 of Paulie's
Pub and Eatery, LLC, Kristine Budiac, Agent, d/b/a Paulie's Pub and Eatery, 8031
W. Greenfield Ave., for premises extension due to COVID, May thru October 2020,
(all of Paulie’s Pub and Eatery parking lot, with tent, food, and outdoor music) First
(1st) permit application for 2020-2021 license year
This matter was Recommended For Approval as Amended, with ending time of 9:00 pm Sunday -
Thursday and 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday, on a Block Vote.
2020-0385 2020-2021 Combination Class B Special Event Permit application no. 4 of Field
Trip, LLC, Kristine Budiac, Agent, d/b/a Paulie's Field Trip, 1430 S. 81 St., for
premises extension due to COVID, May thru October 2020, (all of Paulie’s Field
Trip parking lot and the parking lot north of Field Trip, with tent, food, and outdoor
music) First (1st) permit application for 2020-2021 license year

Passed The Block Vote
A motion was made by Stefanski, seconded by Reinke, to approve all the actions on the
preceding items on a Block Vote. The motion carried unanimously.
