A motion was made by Stefanski, seconded by Grisham, that this matter be Recommended For Approval. The motion carried unanimously. 26. 2020-0792 2020-2021 Adult-Oriented Establishment Operator License · Mercado, Zahayra M. A motion was made by Grisham, seconded by Stefanski, that this matter be Recommended For Approval. The motion carried unanimously. 27. 2020-0791 2020-2022 Operator’s License (Bartender/Sales Clerk) application. · Wright, Quanisha L. A motion was made by Grisham, seconded by Stefanski, that this matter be Recommended For Approval. The motion carried unanimously. D.
