C. DISCUSSION REGARDING 23. O-2020-0055 Ordinance to increase prohibited parking area for food trucks near restaurants Sponsors: Alderperson Stefanski This matter was Discussed. 50. 2020-0818 Police Department Report regarding tavern violations/calls for service for the month of October 2020 The Committee directed the Clerk's Office to send letters to the following Uncle Fester's, and TnT Sportz Bar for further discussion of the police report calls to service. This matter was Discussed. 51. 2020-0820 Police Department Report regarding tavern violations/calls for service for the month of November 2020 The Committee directed the Clerk's Office to send a letter to Stallywood for further discussion of the police report calls to service. License & Health Committee recommended denial of the following applicants. The Clerk's Office was directed to send a letter allowing the applicant an opportunity to appear before the License & Health Committee to show competent evidence of rehabilitation. 2020-2021 Adult-Oriented Operator Permit application: Beans, Samarra D. 2020-2022 Operator’s License (Bartender/Class D Operator) applications: Bosanac, Heather G. Cantu, Adrian R. Mitter, William J. License & Health Committee recommended approval of the following applicants. 2020-2021 Adult-Oriented Operator Permit application: Robinson, Amber R. 2020-2021 Food Peddler Permit application: Vanessa Moline, Mr. Taco LLC 2020-2022 Operator’s License (Bartender/Class D Operator) applications: Abramowski, Krysta L. A motion was made by Grisham, seconded by Reinke, that this matter be Recommended For Approval. The motion carried unanimously. 53. 2020-0756 2020-2021 Class C Wine License application of Milwaukee Banquet LLC, Satwinder Singh, Agent, d/b/a Wini’s Kitchen for premises located at 10535 W. Greenfield Ave. (new-nonexisting location) This matter was Recommended for Denial on a Block Vote. 54. 2020-0757 2020-2021 Class B Beer License application of Milwaukee Banquet LLC, Satwinder Singh, Agent, d/b/a Wini’s Kitchen for premises located at 10535 W. Greenfield Ave. (new-nonexisting location) This matter was Recommended for Denial on a Block Vote. Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Grisham, seconded by Stefanski, to approve all the actions on legislative file nos. 2020-0756 and 2020-0757 on a Block Vote. The motion carried unanimously. D. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 6:39 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
