CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Vitale at 5:00 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 4- Vitale, Grisham, Roadt, and Stefanski Excused 1- Reinke Others present: William J. C. DISCUSSION REGARDING 34. 2021-0006 2020-2022 Operator’s License (Bartender/Class D Operator) application of William J. Mitter Appearance by William J. Mitter. This matter was Discussed. 35. 2021-0007 2020-2022 Operator’s License (Bartender/Class D Operator) application of Heather G. Bosanac Appearance by Heather G. Bosanac. This matter was Discussed. 36. 2021-0008 2020-2022 Operator’s License (Bartender/Class D Operator) application of Adrian R. Cantu Appearance by Adrian R. Cantu. This matter was Discussed. 37. 2021-0009 2020-2021 Adult Oriented Establishment Operator Permit application of Samara D. Beans Nonappearance of Samara D. Beans. Ms. Beans did not respond to the letter mailed to allow an appearance before the License & Health Committee to appeal the Committee's December 15, 2020 recommendation for denial based on the applicant's record having violations that are substantially related to the licensed activity. Discussion regarding limiting to certain types of promotional beer and surrender of the license by June 30, 2021. This matter was Discussed. 39. 2021-0023 License applications License & Health Committee recommended denial of the following applicants. The Clerk's Office was directed to send a letter allowing the applicant an opportunity to appear before the License & Health Committee to show competent evidence of rehabilitation. Operator’s License (bartender/Class D Operator) applications 2020-2022: Lorenson, Brian J. Walls, Giovanni C. License & Health Committee recommended approval of the following applicants. Operator’s License (bartender/Class D Operator) applications 2020-2022: Bahr, Jamie L. Budziszewski, Daniel V. Church, Dustin C. Day, Samantha E. Neu, Jessica L. Rauth, Jodie L. 2021-0014 Police Department Report involving Stallywood, 6827 W. National Ave., of Stallywood LLC, Robert L. Anderson, Agent, Incident Dates: November 7, 2020, November 23, 2020, November 14, 2020, and November 27, 2020 Appearance by Robert L. Anderson. This matter was Discussed and recommended to be Placed on File. 2021-0021 Discussion on Ordinance O-2020-0014 passed on May 5, 2020, amending Section 9.02(21)(a) and (b) of the West Allis Municipal Code relating to reduction of fees for Class B Alcohol Licenses (Class B Beer reduced from $100 to $50; Class B Liquor reduced from $500 to $250) This matter was Held.
