Roadt No: 0 19. 2014-0572 Supplemental Order from the Office of the Commissioner of Railroads regarding the Petition of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the Alteration of the Public Crossings of I-94 and the Hank Aaron State Trail with the Union Pacific Railroad Co. Tracks in the City of West Allis. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 20. 2014-0594 Communication from Director of Public Works/City Engineer regarding Yard Waste Management Services agreement with Purple Cow. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Czaplewski, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 21. 2014-0595 Communication from Director of Public Works/City Engineer regarding proposed changes to solid waste and recycling collection. Staff will continue studying the issue. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 22. 2014-0599 Communication from the Assistant City Engineer requesting authorization to hold a Public Hearing for the proposed Residential Private Property Inflow/Infiltration Reduction Fund. Staff was given approval to go ahead with a public hearing. A mass mailing in utility bills was done with the appropriate information. Of the 46 responses received, there were 41 with a yes response and 5 with a no response. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 D.
