16. 2014-0037 City Attorney communication relative to Opinion Regarding Legal Issues
Involved in Proposed Ordinance Creating a User Fee for the Purpose of
Establishing a Fund to Deal with Collapsed Laterals on Private Residential
Property.

21. R-2014-0303 Resolution regarding restricting baseball playing at Rogers Park at S. 56th Street
and W. Rogers.

Parkway pedestrian path.

Approval to spend $3,000 to stone the pedestrian path.
A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Barczak, that this matter was
Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote:

23. R-2013-0250 Resolution to approve the Memorandum of Understanding by and between the
County of Milwaukee and the City of West Allis relative to stormwater.
