CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the recess meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 18. R-2015-0031 Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Neenah Foundry Co. for furnishing and delivering cast iron manhole frames and covers for a total sum of $77,713.00. Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 19. R-2015-0032 Resolution Granting a Privilege for Encroachment (Major) to Pullum Tairi and Pullum & Merita Tairi Living Trust for property located at 7028-36 West Greenfield Avenue (Tax Key No. 440-0231-000). Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 20. R-2015-0036 Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to sign a Memorandum of Understanding extending the City’s partnership with other Milwaukee Water Works wholesale customers for the purpose of paying the City’s share of fees associated with the cooperative hiring of Short Elliott Hendrickson and other appropriate firms/consultants to advance joint concerns and protect common interests with regard to the Wisconsin Public Service Commission rate order for the Milwaukee Water Works. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 22. R-2015-0028 Resolution to confirm and adopt the report of the Director of Public Works/City Engineer containing the schedule of proposed assessments for improvement of W. Durham Ave. from S. 90 St. to S. Orleans Ave. by new concrete construction. Sponsors: Public Works Committee This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote 23. R-2015-0029 Final Resolution authorizing public improvement by new concrete construction in W. Durham Ave. from S. 90 St. to S. Orleans Ave. and levying special assessments against benefited properties. Sponsors: Public Works Committee This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Ald. Czaplewski, seconded by Ald.
