18. R-2015-0031 Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Neenah Foundry Co. for
furnishing and delivering cast iron manhole frames and covers for a total sum of
$77,713.00.

Memorandum of Understanding extending the City’s partnership with other
Milwaukee Water Works wholesale customers for the purpose of paying the
City’s share of fees associated with the cooperative hiring of Short Elliott
Hendrickson and other appropriate firms/consultants to advance joint concerns
and protect common interests with regard to the Wisconsin Public Service
Commission rate order for the Milwaukee Water Works.
