33. R-2015-0020 Resolution authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works/City
Engineer to enter into a State/Municipal Agreement with the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation for the additional $200,107 in funding awarded
from the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program to construct Phase 2 of
the Cross Town Connector Bike and Pedestrian Trail.

S. Osage Ave., and portions of intersecting streets by new concrete construction,
miscellaneous sidewalk repair, new driveway approaches, miscellaneous
driveway repair, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, building
services and utility adjustments.
