O-2015-0035 An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the following West Allis Municipal Parking Lots: 62 and Orchard NW, 62 and National SW. Sponsors: Ald. Czaplewski and Ald. Vitale A motion was made by Ald. Czaplewski, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 48. R-2015-0128 Resolution accepting work of Dairyland Electric Co., Inc. for the skate park lighting at the West Allis Skate Park located at 8338 West National Avenue in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2014 Project No. 15. Sponsors: Public Works Committee This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote 49. R-2015-0147 Resolution accepting work of American Sewer Services, Inc. for the installation of sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer spot relays and miscellaneous utility adjustments in various locations within the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2014 Project No. 18. Lincoln Ave. to W. Hayes Ave. and W. Hayes Ave. from S. 92nd St. to S. 95th St. in the City of West Allis in the amount of $414,717.00. Roadt No: 0 55. 2015-0478 Office of the Commissioner of Railroads Notice of Investigation and Hearing and Assessment of Costs scheduled for July 16, 2015, 1:00 p.m., West Allis City Hall, relative to the establishment of two public crossings of the Union Pacific Railroad Co. Tracks with the West Allis Cross-Town Connector Trail in the City of West Allis. Attachments: COR Notice of Investigation & Hearing A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 56. 2015-0496 Downtown West Allis Business Improvement District (BID) requesting street closures of West Greenfield Ave., from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., use of the City Hall parking lot for registration, parking restrictions, the use of signs and supplies from the Department of Public Works, and additional Police presence for their 25th Annual Classic Car Show on Sunday, October 4, 2015. Attachments: Classic Car Show 10-4-15 A motion was made by Ald. Roadt, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Approved and Placed on File.
