CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 11. R-2015-0221 Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to amend the funding Agreement WE02 for reimbursement from MMSD to fund private property inflow/infiltration reduction work in the City of West Allis from an amount not to exceed $50,000 to an amount not to exceed $100,000. Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 12. 2015-0741 Communication from Alderperson Michael May regarding the proposed implementation of a Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) for the City of West Allis. Attachments: Ald. May communication This matter was Held. 13. R-2015-0199 Resolution authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to enter into a contract amendment to the professional services contract between the City of West Allis and Graef - USA Inc. to provide Engineering Consulting Services for the construction of the 76th Street Bridge and Beloit Road Bridge for a total sum not to exceed $2,500.00. Sponsors: Public Works Committee Attachments: R-2015-0199 Graef Letter A motion was made by Ald. Czaplewski, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File.
