for furnishing and delivering one (1) 2016 Elgin Pelican P Mechanical Street
Sweeper with dual gutter brooms for a total net sum of $227,766.00.

W. Hayes Avenue from S. 84 Street to S. 88 Street and levying special
assessments against benefited properties.
