C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS New Matters for Introduction 21. O-2016-0052 An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 11.13 (1) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to the Definition of “Parks”. Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 22. R-2016-0272 Resolution to Approve a Temporary Fourth Extension and Amendment to Recycling/Processing Agreement by and between Allied Resource Recovery, Inc. and the City of West Allis. R-2016-0268 Final Resolution authorizing public improvement by concrete reconstruction with miscellaneous walk, miscellaneous driveway repair, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in S. 90 Street from W. Becher Street to W. Lincoln Avenue, and W. Hayes Avenue from S. 84 Street to S. 88 Street and levying special assessments against benefited properties.
