A. CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order.

Alderpersons Haas, May, and Roadt; Michael Lewis, Director of Public Works/City Engineer;
Peter Daniels, Principal Design Engineer; Dave Wepking, Assistant Director of Public Works;
Tim Last, Sanitation and Street Superintendent
C. DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. 2017-0029 Discussion of Lead Water Service Replacement program.
This will be a volunteer program. Residents will pay $1600 with the option to pay over 10
years. The remaining balance will come from a grant.

2. 2017-0028 Discussion regarding updates on recycling and recycling carts.
There was general discussion, including that Milwaukee's proposal continues to favor the use of
carts.
This matter was Discussed.
3. 2017-0027 Discussion on Communication from City Administrator requesting approval to
fill the vacant positions of Water Maintainer and Maintenance Repairer in the
Water Division.
This matter was Discussed.
