R-2017-0380 Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Monroe Truck Company for furnishing and delivering one (1) 10-foot V-Box De-Icing Spreader for $24,570.00 and one (1) 12-foot V-Box De-Icing Spreader for $27,637.00, for a total net sum of $52,207.00. Reinke No: 0 13. 2017-0779 Request from the Interim Director of Public Works to extend the temporary appointment of Dave Young in the position of Electrical Engineer/Systems Maintenance Superintendent. R-2017-0379 Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to amend an existing agreement with Ring & DuChateau for engineering services for the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning system upgrades at the West Allis Library in an amount not to exceed $25,000. R-2017-0245 Resolution to confirm and adopt the report of the Director of Public Works/City Engineer containing the schedule of proposed assessments for improvement of W. National Avenue from S. 70 Street to S. 76 Street and portions of intersecting streets. Sponsors: Public Works Committee Attachments: R-2017-0245 signed This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote. 30. R-2017-0367 Final Resolution authorizing public improvement by concrete reconstruction, new driveway approaches, new concrete sidewalk, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in W. National Avenue from S. 70 Street to S. 76 Street and portions of intersecting streets and levying special assessments against benefited properties.
