City of West Allis Meeting Minutes Public Works Committee Tuesday, March 20, 2018 7:40 PM City Hall, Room 118 (Mayor's Conference Room) 7525 W. Greenfield Ave. SPECIAL RECESS MEETING A. CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 4- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, and Ald. Reinke Others Present: Mayor Dan Devine; Dave Wepking, Interim Director of Public Works; Ezra Meyer, Clean Wisconsin; Jon Richards, Ziino, Germanotta, Knoll & Christensen; Jerry Matter, citizen. C. DISCUSSION ITEM(S) 1. 2018-0236 Discussion regarding the use of coal tar sealants. This matter was Discussed. D. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
