City of West Allis Meeting Minutes Public Works Committee Wednesday, April 4, 2018 7:25 PM City Hall, Room 118 (Mayor's Conference Room) 7525 W. Greenfield Ave. RECESS MEETING A. CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 4- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, and Ald. Reinke C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 23. R-2018-0208 Resolution Authorizing Execution of the Department of Natural Resources Principal Forgiven Financial Assistance Agreement in an amount up to $1,400,000 to undertake a project to replace private lead service lines. Sponsors: Public Works Committee Attachments: R-2018-0208 signed A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption As Amended, subject to City Attorney review and approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 24. R-2018-0221 Resolution to approve bid of Zignego Company, Inc. for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in West Lapham Street from South 56th Street to South 60th Street in the City of West Allis in the amount of $1,004,274.50. Sponsors: Public Works Committee Attachments: 2018-4 LAPHAM ST R-2018-0221 signed A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption As Amended.
