ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Lajsic, and Ald. Reinke C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 12. R-2018-0422 Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to amend an existing Contract with Baxter & Woodman, Inc. for Engineering Consulting Services related to the creation of a hydraulic model of the water distribution system. R-2018-0392 Resolution acknowledging the Common Council’s support of the efficient financial management and operation of the City’s Sanitary Sewer Utility and authorizing the Principal Engineer to submit the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Reinke No: 0 28. 2018-0519 Request from the Director of Public Works to adjust the storm water fees of Quad Graphics as allowed in Section 1.075 (7)(d) of the Revised Municipal Code dealing with Storm Water Management System User Fees. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:42 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
