Reinke Tuesday, September 18, 2018 7:07 PM City Hall, Room 118 (Mayor's Conference Room) 7525 W. Greenfield Ave. RECESS MEETING A. CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 4- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Euteneier, and Ald. Reinke Excused 1- Ald. Lajsic C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS New Matters for Introduction 7. R-2018-0510 Resolution authorizing the Superintendent of Forestry to apply for a cost-share grant of $11,493.00 to fund Emerald Ash Borer mitigation projects and reduce runoff in urban communities. If received, the City’s expenses related to this grant would be $25,521.00. Sponsors: Administration & Finance Committee and Public Works Committee Attachments: 2019 West Allis WI RPCs DNR Grant appl R-2018-0510.signed 15. 2018-0719 Communication from the City Engineer regarding the 2019 special assessment rates. Attachments: MEMORANDUM 2019 Special Assessment Rates 2018-0719 Rates A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Euteneier, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Euteneier, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 16. 2018-0720 Communication from the City Engineer regarding a Driveway Permit Application at 8535 W. Hayes Avenue. Reinke No: 0 D. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:12 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
