Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order.

C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
28. R-2018-0624 Resolution ordering preliminary plans and specifications together with a schedule of
proposed assessments for improvement of W. National Avenue from S. 92 Street to
S. 95 Street and portions of intersecting streets by concrete reconstruction, new
concrete sidewalk, new driveway approaches, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer
relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments.

A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended
For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote:

29. R-2018-0635 Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Ewald Automotive Group for
furnishing and delivering one (1) 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 4x2 Pick-Up Truck for
$24,038.00, and one (1) 2019 Ford Transit Van T-150 for $23,049.00, and
additional accessories, such as rust proofing and safety lighting for both vehicles and
installation of interior shelving for the transit van at an additional cost of $3,500.00
from various vendors, for a total net sum of $50,587.00.

vacant Maintainer positions in the Department of Public Works, Sanitation and Street

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
