Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order.

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
11. R-2019-0278 Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to amend an existing Professional
Services Contract with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. to provide
Construction Engineering Services for two Green Solutions parking lots at
both the West Allis Library and in the Business Improvement District, for an
amount not to exceed $28,500.00.

A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was
Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote:

12. R-2019-0283 Resolution to approve bid of State Contractors, Inc. for the replacement or
repair of concrete sidewalk in the general area bounded by S. 84 St. and
I-894; north City limits and Union Pacific Railroad in the City of West Allis in
the amount of $275,100.00.

13. 2019-0246 Communication from the Downtown West Allis Business Improvement
District requesting assistance from the City of West Allis for the use of
Centennial Plaza (this will include set-up and taken down) from 9:00 a.m. -
2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2019 for the “Poetry On The Plaza” event.

14. R-2019-0258 Resolution to confirm and adopt the report of the City Engineer containing
the schedule of proposed assessments for improvement of S. 113 Street
from W. Greenfield Avenue to W. Lapham Street, S. 116 Street from W.
Greenfield Avenue to Union Pacific Railroad and W. Cleveland Avenue
from S. 72 Street to S. 76 Street by major asphalt resurfacing,
miscellaneous walk repair, miscellaneous driveway repair, storm sewer
relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility
adjustments.

15. R-2019-0259 Final Resolution authorizing public improvement by major asphalt
resurfacing, miscellaneous walk repair, miscellaneous driveway repair,
storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services
and utility adjustments in S. 113 St. from W. Greenfield Avenue to W.
Lapham Street, S. 116 Street from W. Greenfield Avenue to Union Pacific
Railroad and W. Cleveland Avenue from S. 72 Street to S. 76 Street and
levying special assessments against benefited properties.
