8. R-2019-0371 Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a
professional services agreement with City Water, LLC., for Engineering
Consulting Services for Assistant Pumping Station Operator for a total sum
not to exceed $25,000.

26. R-2019-0369 Resolution accepting work of Zenith Tech, Inc. for removals, excavation,
base aggregate, concrete sidewalk, electrical work, traffic control and all
incidental items necessary to prepare bike share sites for installation of
equipment by others in various locations in the City of West Allis and
authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with
contract terms for final payment of 2017 Project No. 6 in the amount of
$2,000.00 of the $103,633.00 total project cost.

27. R-2019-0373 Resolution to reject bid of TMI Coatings, Inc., for surface preparation,
containment and collection of waste materials, and the painting of the
overpass at the Union Pacific Railroad Bridge located at S. 108th Street
(WIS 100) at W. Manor Park Drive in the City of West Allis as part of 2019
Project No. 10 in the amount of $174,800.00.

of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk,
driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer
relay, water main relay, building services, street lighting and utility
adjustments in S. 55th St. from W. Mobile St. to W. Electric Ave., S. 58th
St. from W. National Ave. to W. Greenfield Ave. and S. 59th St. from W.
Mobile St. to W. Lincoln Ave. in the City of West Allis in the amount of
$2,343,625.01.

DNR Site Investigation reporting, site closure reporting, and monitoring for
well abandonment services for the South 84th Street and West National
Avenue site as Ordered by the Wisconsin Department of Natural
Resources in an Amount Not to Exceed $17,050.

located at 6300 West McGeoch Avenue.
Discussed items of ongoing maintenance and future capital improvement items for the
facility.
