R-2019-0405 Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to amend an existing agreement with Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. for additional Architectural Consulting Services related to City Hall functions and Public Works functions and a potential combined Municipal Campus in an amount not to exceed $13,000 and authorizing and directing the appropriate City officials to execute a budget amendment to transfer the necessary funds for this work. R-2019-0426 Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Ewald Automotive Group for furnishing and delivering one (1) 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 Tradesman 4x2 Pick-Up Truck with 8 foot box for $27,894.00,. Additional accessories, such as rust proofing for this vehicle at an additional cost of $600.00 from Ziebart Automotive, for a total net sum of $28,494.00. Committee members directed staff to enter into negotiations with John's Recycling that is equitable for both parties. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:57 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings.
