R-2019-0479 Resolution to implement an Outdoor Fitness Court at Veterans Park located at 70th and National Avenue. Sponsors: Administration and Finance Committee and Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 34. R-2019-0480 Resolution granting a Permanent Easement by the City of West Allis to Verizon to provide access to their facilities on the Property located at 11515 W. Rogers Street. R-2019-0481 Resolution authorizing and directing the City Engineer to enter into a State/Municipal Agreement for a Highway Safety Improvement Project with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the design, construction and other related work on the traffic signal improvement of South 92nd Street intersection with West Lincoln Avenue. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Reinke, to approve all the actions on the preceding items on a Block Vote. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 43. 2019-0467 Consideration of request by John’s Disposal Service, Inc. to renegotiate the existing recycle processing agreement, with possible action The Committee directed the Director of Public Works to go back and negotiate with John's Disposal. This matter was Held D. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:48 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. Attachments: Johns Disposal Service Inc proposed changes to agreement For agenda item 43, the committee may convene in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.85(1)(e) of the WI State Statutes for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This committee may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the agenda. D.
