ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 28. R-2019-0612 Resolution to grant a Privilege for Encroachment (Major) to new owner Timber Holdings LLC for property located at 7412 W. Greenfield Ave. (Tax Key No. 440-0414-000) Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 29. R-2019-0616 Resolution authorizing a Professional Service Contract with raSmith to provide construction management of private property improvements for the City of West Allis for an amount not to exceed $327,750 Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Stefanski, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 30. R-2019-0618 Resolution to approve bid of Zignego Company, Inc. for the installation of a reinforced concrete pad and installation of exercise equipment in Veteran’s Park located at W. National Ave. & S. 70 St. in the City of West Allis in the amount of $77,254 Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Stefanski, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 32. R-2019-0634 Resolution to accept the proposal of Box Gang Manufacturing for furnishing and delivering four (4) 40-yard capacity roll-off containers, Model# ROL-OPB2290-10 with heavy-duty upgrades, for a total net sum of $58,480 Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald.
