for Professional Services, including a Standard Terms and Conditions
Agreement, submitted by Baxter & Woodman Consulting Engineers for
services to assist the City of West Allis in performing a Optimized
Corrosion Control Treatment Study for the amount of $18,000 ordered by
the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources

Capital Improvement Request pursuant to Resolution R-2018-0494
adopted on July 17, 2018

authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with
contract terms of 2017 Project No. 8 for final payment in the amount of
$7,250.10 of the $1,281,061.59 total project cost
